Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have attached the printer to the laptop using the USB port.

The printer has been recognised, but there is no driver available. 

I can't find and download the driver, using the HP support website.

Can someone assist on this ?

Hi,

The printer is supported with a Basic Windows Update driver as listed by below document, you shouldn't download and driver from hp.com:

Follow these steps to install the printer using a Windows Update driver:
