Product: HP Desinjet T120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, 

 

I've tried to installed our new HP Designjet T120 on Windows 10 64-Bit. Unfortunately it seems that it's not fully installed or the driver is not installed properly. I downloaded the latest driver on the support.hp.com. i've already tried installing the full feature which is the zip file and the basic driver. Do I need to install too the firmware? Is there an alternative driver for this matter?
