Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last week installed Windows 10 update.  Now my printer keep telling me "Driver unavailable".  It works on my other computer which has Windows 8.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but no luck.  What am I doing wrong.  I do not want to puchase another printer because this is only 14months old. I am not very computer savy but I can usually follow instructions if they are basic.  Is there anyone out there with the same problem and can anyone help me.  I did print the Wireless network test results and everything passed and the setup was successful.  No what?????

Hi,

Try following the HP Print and Scan Doctor by selecting Fix Prinitng as listed within step 1 below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-DeskJet-3630-All-in-One-Printer-series/7172306/document/c042...

If that doesn't help getting the issue resolved follow steps 6 and 7 to  set a manual IP address for the printer, then create a Standard TCP/IP port for the printer and check for any difference.

Please let me know how it goes,

Shlomi
