just bought a marvelous product, photosmart 7510. Everything is working smoothly, except for the efax.xom registration. All other webservices are running ok, but I tried 10 times to complete the efax.xom registration from the printer display but everytime I get the error 'Registration failed. Check your internet connection and try again.' There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, what am I missing?
That can happen sometimes when your router's firewall or even your ISP is blocking the ports the printer uses to communicate with the ePrint servers. This issue can often be so broad in its cause that it would be easier to contact support either via chat with a live agent.
