Envy 110 settings menu password

Hi, I am trying to get into the settings menu for my Envy 110 on my computer, I get a window appear titled "Windows Security" and the message "The server at admin requires a password" I have tried to enter my HP user name and password but this must be incorrect, it then says on the HP screen "your session is locked, please try later" I am the sole user and administrator for this computer, although it does connect to a network at my employers, is this Windows security something to do with this or the HP site ?

What issue are you having?  Are you trying to get into your printer's ews?
