Envy 120 wireless screen has gone blank.

Envy 120 all in one
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Envy 120 printer all in one wireless connected . Screen has gone blank and only works intermittently. Will light up if drawer manually lifted and works ok  but as soon as closed it goes out and will not respond.

Is the printer screen faulty, poor connection to screen or just kaput ?

Hi @Scriba-1,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I noticed that your HP Envy 120 wireless screen has gone blank. I am happy to help you with this issue!

Please, try the steps within this guide, The HP Printer Does Not Turn On or Respond When the Power Button is Pressed, as it deals with power related issues. (Even though the guide title may not match your issue, I believe the solutions will help.)

If this gudie does not resolve your issue, the printer will need to be serviced/or replaced. Please contact HP, phone support for further assistance. (After you fill out the information, you will be given a phone number.) If you live outside the US/Canada Region, please click the link below to get the support number for your region.
