Best bet is to get a piece of paper and start writing. I have had zero luck with anything from this company. I wanted to reply to you to say I wouldn't waste your time. The answers will keep coming of all the things you should do to fix their problems and your life will fly by a little at a time. There is no solution. I threw my printer in the garbage where it belongs and next is the laptop...bought Dell...problem was solved.
