The printer has just been installed without issue. Prints test pages fine. I set it to colour printing, the preview is in colour, then the print job comes out in B&W. Got work piling up and need it sorting - any ideas?

Update: Also restarted the computer and printer. Printer will print colour if it's something scanned or copied from the printer plate. So it seems to be a communication issue with my iMac, or something.

Update 2: I saw someone else had a similar problem that went away after resetting the printer on their computer. Tried that and it worked. So, a heads up if you have this sort of problem - resetting the printer settings on you computer should sort this out.
