Product: HP Envy 5420

Every time I send a downloaded returns label to printer I get message 'oops the printer cannot complete', the Kindle Fire is 'attached' to printer but nothing, so very annoying, I am ready to throw both tablet and printer into the bin.

I understand that when you try to print from your HP Envy 5420 printer via your Kindle, an error appears saying that 'oops the printer cannot complete'. 

 

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • The exact product model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l. I could not find the details for HP Envy 5420 printer.
  • is the printer able to make a copy and does it print fine from another device (if available)?

Meanwhile, I did some research and found the list of compatible printers which can print from a Kindle. Please click on this link to know the printers. In this of printers, I could not find the HP Envy 5420 printer.

If you're using a printer that is supported by Kindle, then please refer to this link for detailed steps that should help to fix the issue.
