Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Envy 5540 Will not print envelopes 10, followed correct procedures for loading media and selecting envelope 10 but gives me error: does not match print size

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are having issue printing envelopes.

 

Don’t worry, we will work together to resolve this issue and It’s a pleasure to assist you in this regard.

 

At of all, I want you to make sure that the envelope size is supported by your printer. Refer to the below link (Under Paper handling specifications check supported envelopes).
