Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
When I try scanning on my Envy 5646 printer, I get an error message saying the scanner is currently in use. But it isn't.
What do I need to do to clear this? I have Windows 10 and a couple of months ago installed Office 365. Scanner working perfectly until last night. Printer is still working fine.
Any help would be appreciated!
