MY PRINTER SAYS THE PRINT HEAD IS MISSING OR FAILED. iT WONT GIVE A ERROR NUMBER. i HAVE ALREADY UNPLUGGED SEVERAL TIMES. AND CHECK THE INK CARTRIDGES. HOW DO I FIX PRINT HEADS>

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Have you attempted to perform a hard reset of the printer?
