Hi whitefences,
I understand that you are experiencing issues with the fast draft resolutions. Can you print a Configuration Page. Use Method two to print the page. What operating system are you running on the computer? Let me know how the print quality of the configuration page.

Hi Advance23, my printer is P1102 not P1102w. It doesn't have a cancel button so I can't use Method Two. The computer where the printer usually connected is still using Windows XP. But I did try it with my laptop (windows 7) and the issue is just the same. I have installed all the latest driver and software, including firmware and smart install. Btw, my printer only have FastRes 600 and FastRes 1200 options, is that normal?

Hi whitefences,
If you have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and drivers try following the steps in this document for Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues. Then follow step one in the Configuration Page document from above. If it prints properly its not a toner or software issue with the unit, it would be driver related. Try Uninstalling the Printer Software and then download the HP LaserJet Full Feature Software and Driver and install this.

Hi, sorry for my late reply. I've already done what you asked but the issue still remain. When i print the config page the result is good but when printing some document (word/pdf) the result still pale. This issue has taken a alot of my time so i guess i have to give up on this. Thanks anyway.
