Hi,

Can you please elaborate the issue that you are facing.

Is it that the display is blank or the display is blinking.

As of now just check if the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet.

Thanks

When my printer is turned off using the power switch the white power light and the blue wireless light remain illuminated.

The only way to turn them off is to disconnect the printer from the power supply.

When plugged in again it does not start automatically I have to press the unlit power button.

I have no flashing lights on the panel, in all other respects the printer is working just fine.
