When I view my Fax Log History, it does not have the time and date that the faxes were sent.  How do I get it to print this pertinent information

Hi! @Sabrinacrk1, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you need to know how to get the date and time of faxes sent from your printer.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

First, you have to a set date and time on your printer.

To set date and time on your printer. On the printer control panel select settings, Select date and time settings.

Set the date and time accordingly and try sending some fax and check if you are able to get the date and time on the sent faxes.

Let me know if this works!

Have a pleasant day ahead! 🙂
