Faxing with the HP 8620

I have a client who uses her 8620 for copying and faxing only.  When copying the pages come out in the correct order.  When receiving a fax, the pages print in the reverse order of how they were sent so that the fax cover page ends up being the last page instead of the first.  She would like for this to be fixed.  Any thoughts as to how to fix it?
