we just borght a new print HP Lasejet enterprices MFP M577 

scanner failure error and fuser kit not compartible 

i need a support how to solve this hardware problem

This is a user support forum and not  hp technical support which you need. Suggest you contact hp customer care in your location for warranty support for your printer.
