Hi,  I need to know how to re-set my HP 4620 printer back to factory default. my printer is only 2 years old and just stopped printing, it will print but very little ink comes out. we bought new ink and cleaned the printers but it just isn't working right. We went to buy a new printer and they told us to try re-setting back to factory. Any help you can give us I would be very thankful.

Thanks jersey67

I see that you are having issues with very little ink printing, you replaced the cartridges and cleaned the printer and you have the same results. I would like to help you.

If you haven't already, please try the steps first in Message 40 .

Can you please message me the reset instructions for the printer - Think a full reset might resolve my scanning issues where it just hangs when trying to make a copy...

HP Recommended

please send reset instructions, wireless network deactivated, even after reset via "Extras".

Please send me the instruction on how to reset the printer.
I'm getting frustrated with all the wireless issue and I'm not expecting to create an account to ask for the way to reset my printer.
I don't understand why you cant just post the solution to public as this is a common issue for majority of people.
