HP 3210xi not printing after cleaning heads and printer alignment blank sheets

HP Recommended
HP 3210xi
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 3210xi has stopped printing (just print blank sheet)

1- tried cleaning head - did print test no words only 5 of 6 of the colored blocks printed out.

2 - tried print report only get some dark dribbles on sheet

3 - tried head alignment - printed out 5 of 6 blocks all grey streaks (no color) and no words

had been working great for years started a month ago that you would get these dark dribble spots each time print out then sometimes it would print and sometimes it would not. Any ideas??

PS: there is some ink in all 6 ink color

Thanks

@2tracys

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

As I understand the HP 3210xi, not printing even after cleaning Print heads and yet it prints blank alignment sheets,

I'd like to thank you for the detailed description of your concern,

as you have ensured I don't have to ask any more questions, that said, I'm afraid this is a hardware malfunction and you might want to Contact HP to have the printer either repaired/replaced:

HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://hp.care/2r9wSvP

(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.

(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.

(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.

(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get the phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.

If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.
