This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to turn off duplexing and print on one side on HP Envy 5530 printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
- Once you open the file which you want to print.
- In the file menu select print.
- Click settings drop down.
- Select layout from the drop down menu.
- Set the two-sided option as off.
- You can save the settings as a preset by clicking Presets > Save Current Settings as Preset.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers.
