HP 6510 stopped printing black

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

followed all steps in HP document except the last one (service)

 

what is the trick here?

There are a few additional things you might try to resolve black not printing on your Photosmart 6510 printer if the standard troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue.  It may help to manually clean the printhead as shown in the post here.  If that does not correct the issue I have seen some reports that removing the black cartridge and dribbling a few drops of water into the ink inlet port in the printer may help.
