HP 6700 wireless print jobs stuck in print queue

I have an HP 6700 wireless printer printing from XP and Windows 7 machines.  The printer wireless indicator is on; the wireless network test results show pass with excellent signal.  However, I continually get print jobs stuck in the print queue that cannot print.  I have rebooted the computer to no avail and have turned off the printer and turned it back on.  Neither solution is working.

The link produces an error. Got another one I can use. The return is that "I can't find that page." Me either. Smiley Happy
