HP ENVY 7640
When trying to connect my laptop to the HP ENVY 7640 e-All-In-One the request is made "Enter the WPS PIN for your printer"

You can find the WPS PIN on your DIREVT-97-HP-ENVY 7640 series or in the info that came with it".

There is no WPS PIN on the printer or in the info that came with it.

Terrible set up instructions. NO MORE HP products.

Hi,

WPS PIN should be at the back of your router (if supported) not from your printer. Please watch the following video which is for a different printer but they are similar, if not the same

Finally found the WPS PIN. It shows up on the "Display Window" on the front of the printer when the associating computer "Notifies" the printer. Wonder why HP does not explain this detail better. NO MORE HP PRODUCTS!
