I am attempting to print one one side of card stock from a PDF file. Then print the second side from a seconf file. The printer keeps flipping the sheets on the second pass overprinting the first side.

Are you printing one side and then manually loading the paper back in the printer to print the other side?  If so you will need to load the paper printed side up in the printer, it turns the paper over as part of the paper pick system.

Yes, manually reloading the sheets. And I know how to flip the paper to run the other side.  The printer is running them thru without printing on that side then backing them up and printing the other. It is as if it was printing double sided but blank on the front.  Just completely flustered by this as I can not figure out where the preferences or settings would be wrong.
