Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you try this Uninstaller from Microsoft and then reinstall the FULL feature software again?

For reinstallation, the following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

What am I supposed to be uninstalling? The HP Driver never installed.

The drivers may not have installed sucessfuly, there could be some parts that were installed.

 

We're trying to get a "Clean" install.

 

Hope that clarifies.

 

You can also try this Microsoft Unintsaller which may detect any printer components:

That is what I figured, but it doesn't appear to list anything printer related.. or even HP related when I run it.
