HP Officejet Pro 8710

I work for a large company that has several HP 8710's out in the field. More and more, we're seeing jobs get jammed up in the spooler on Windows 10 machines and it's starting to eat up support time.  We've installed the latest driver from HP but they are still having the issue. So I've resorted to putting a batch file in their machine that clears the spooler but they're having to run it 2 and 3 times a week.  It'll be very time consuming if we have to put this script on every machine we have in the field. Is this an issue with the 8710's drivers or MS's print spooler?
