HP 8728 will not work alongside one of our computers

HP Recommended
HP 8728

I've reinstalled the HP software for this printer and it prints just fine off one of our computers but not the other despite it being seen by the computer. Both computers are using the wi fi connection as is the printer.

When I print a test page from the printer itself it prints. When I repeat using the computer it doesn't. It sends it to print and I can see it in a queue but then it disappears as if it's printed.

I'm at a loss
