Hello,

In order to resolve this issue, please restores factory default settings for the printer as follows:

  1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch Setup icon ().
  2. Touch Printer Maintenance, and then Restore.
  3. Touch Restore Factory Defaults.
A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
  4. Touch Continue. The printer restarts automatically.
  5. Try to reconnect your printer to the wireless network.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.

Best regards,
