HP D 110 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After I print a page for something and want to print another page the new print job will not go through for a while.  When I open up the Printer Job Queue I find that the old print job is still in there.  It will sit there while something is working and all of a sudden the screen will show that the job could not be printed ( it already has printed).  Once that happens the second print job will go ahead and print.  It takes almost 5 minutes for the first job to clear and the second job to print.

Any ideas please?

Thanks

Greetings @GaryB53

Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer, where the print job is getting stuck, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Are you able to make a copy on the printer?

How is the printer connected to your computer? USB or wireless.

Request you the steps suggested in this interactive HP Guided Troubleshooter and let me know if it helped.

Keep me posted.

I think I have fixed this issue.  I deleted all of my HP Printer software and drivers and then re-loaded it and set up the printer again.  It seems to work now.

Thanks all for your help.
