HP DesignJet Training

DesignJet Series

Does anyone know where or how to get my inhouse techs trained in working on the DesignJet devices?  I can send them to classes as we have offices in 38 states, so on-site doesn't make sense.  We buy the service packs, but after they expire we want to keep them running until a new version catches our eye.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the info.  I have been to both of the sites on the links.  Unfortunately, these are Hewlett Packard Enterprise sites and do not cover any printing devices.

All the techs in our call center as well as our field techs have signed up for Phone Support training and can do troubleshooting via phone, however, we need training for turning screw drivers and hands-on repair.

Hi,

it is my understanding that harware training is delivered only to HP Partners.

If you are a Partner, or looking to be one, you can go to the following link and get more info

Best regards

I'm an HP Inc employee. But my response is not in behalf of HP Inc

If you have a hp passport id and password go to the link below to get information. If you do I would advise calling HP customer care and having them finding the information for you.

I got angry & pissed off whever I called HP Designjet supports, if your printers were still in warranty, fine... otherwise forget it.

For so many years & I really appreciate David Zuts' kind, humble, helpful & continues supports. He is far more knowlegeable than those so called HP Tech supports  who knew the best from reading service manuals .

Keep up the good works, David Zuts.

We are an HP Partner. I was looking for a school/tech training center to send my techs to.

If a support provider log into your csn account and then try the link I provided which will take you to what you need to do. Otherwise call your hp contact number and have them provide you with the information.
