Product: HP DesignJet Z5400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help! we have a new HP DesignJet Z5400 and the "custom" paper size option in the print dialog box is grayed out so we cannot choose a custom size paper. We were able to print custom sizes on our previous plotter without any issues but not sure why the choice is not avaiable on this one. Thanks in advance for any suggestions on who to solve.
