Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
I have a problem with a HP Designjet T920 not coming out of sleep mode, I have tried reseating connections and checking all settings. The Power light just pulses, any help would be fantastic.
1- Upgrade the firmware to the latest version available at hp.com
2- From the printer's EWS,disable the IPv6 (Networking tab/ TCP/IPv6)
3- From the printer's driver, setup a TCP/IP port using the printer;s IP address
How to access the printer's EWS?
Type the printer's IP address on the computer's browser
I had tried all of these, Mainboard solved the problem in the end :robothappy:
