I am having the same issue, alhtough I think I have targeted where the issue is coming from, I just don't know how to fix it. I have loaded 36" paper, the plotter on the other hand is registering the roll as 35.87" wide and therefore doesn't think a 36" wide sheet will fit. Therefore the plotter auto-rotates. Is there a way to override the paper width to 36"?
