HP Deskjet 2542, Last line gets cut off, Open Office, Windows 8.1, updated HP driver

I have an HP Deskjet 2542 with the most recently updated driver and Windows 8.1 OS.  I  have an Open Office (Excel) document that gets the last line cut off, and does not continue to another page.  When I use the Print Preview, it puts the entire document on one page.   This document has printed fine on other printers and XP in the past.

Hi,

Please make sure that in printing preferences under the paper/Quality tab,

Paper size is selected as letter and media is as plain paper.

Hope this helps
