Do you have a software update or something that could help me ? I have an HP Officejet 7410 All-In-One and I have the same problem with the scanner and I can't send any faxes.

I have a MAC OS X Version 10.5.8

Hi, this product is a piece of **bleep** and so is the customer service you're providing. I shouldn't have to spend hours going through a million different links via internet, and being repeatedly transferred and put on hold via phone, to figure out answers that should of been provided with the product initially. It will be quicker for me to figure it out myself. Hey, I have an idea, the next time your company makes an all in one printer, how about I install the discs on my computer, hit scan on the printer and it scans for me. Wow, what a brilliant **bleep**ing idea!

Thanks for the links **bleep**, I don't think you get paid enough for your dismal efforts.
