HP ENVY 5644

My printer will print but when more than 1 page it will spit out an unprinted page and then jam after printing the second page and so on.I get a paper jam message but there is no jam. I then press okay and it goes on and repeats the same issue. A bit irrittaing when you are trying to print 20 pages.

Many Thanks

Hi @ECalder,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that your HP ENVY 5644 e-All-in-One Printer keeps printing an extra blank page.

This issue could occur if the antivirus software or the printer firmware is not updated.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: An Extra Blank Page Prints (Windows)

Also, let us know the operating system installed on the computer from the links below:

1. Click Here If Windows Operating System is installed

2. Click Here If Mac Operating System is installed

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
