Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I am so tired of this printer!  I have to turn it off and on if I want to print....sometimes I have to do this several times a day.  I have contacted HP Support 3 times and have walked through rebooting, reinstalling, unplugging etc.  I have to physically go and turn it off and then back on to print. This is the worst printer I have ever had.  It states the paper tray is empty and printer is offline.  I won't be buying HP again!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. 

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
