ERROR Message: Ink Cartridge Problem: Remove & reinstall indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, & then touch OK.
I've put two new cartridges in & it still won't print. I've followed all available options online, & it stilll doesn't work. Any ideas?
