HP INSTANT PRINT UTILITY

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Nice utility, like the look and feel, but there are issues.

 

Unless we are doing something wrong, it will not print the colors in a .pdf document! If we view the document there are colors, when we put it up in the print utility, the colors do not show and therefore they do not print!

 

Further my plotter will not print at all using Windows print facility, load in the .pdf, hit print, and nothing!

 

I think I may have the wrong driver, but went on the HP site with the printer number and this is what they gave me!
