I had a contract to receive ink cartridges with HP, and I have retired and no longer

use that much on my printer. I terminated my contract with HP, and they charged me

$79.00, however the printer says cartridge cannot be used until I'm enrolled. My question

is how do I release this condition, so I can use printer?
