HP LaserJet Pro M1212nf Printer issue

HP Recommended

Hi Guys,

We recently supplied the above printer to one of our customers however it is causing an issue with one of the softwares we use. When printing through the software it is adjusting the layout of the document printed. There seems to be an issue with the way the printer is handling the printout handoff. We have used this software for years and havent experienced the issue before with a wide variety of printer(old and new) I have updated the firmware and drivers. Checked all configuration and this hasnt resolved the issue.

Could anyon advise any further, Is there an advanced driver for this printer as it seems very simple compared to others we have used.

Kind Regards

Jason McRobert

Have you tried using a general PCL driver like the PCL6 software?

Hi mate,

Have tried this but was to no avail. Not really sure how much further to take it, looks like for some bizarre reason the software isnt compatible with the printer.
