Hello,

 

I have a HP M477 that I am trying to configure, I have installed the drivers and software (scanning software), when I scan from the device itself to my computer, how do i get it to open directly in the HP Scan software for my device. 

 

Also, 

 

For double sided documents, is there an automatic detector where if I do have a double sided docuemnt, I dont have to flip flop between single and double everytime.

 

Can someone walk me through both of these inquiries. I have a Windows 8.1 64 bit.
