I have a HP M5035 MFP, which was set-up by our former IT admin, he has enabled the security on the control panel so I have no access to the administration menu via the control panel
In addition the webjetadmin password has been changed from the default so I have no access to the re-sets menu via webjetadmin
I have tried a cold reset and initialized the hard disc in an attempt to restore the machine to factory settings however I still cannot get access to the administration menu in addition I have tried the webjetadmin default IP address (22.214.171.124) however this times out.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reset the control panel security or carry out a full machine reset so that I can set-up the machine from scratch
