Product: Scanjet 4070 Photosmart scanne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello.

I have a old scanner HP Scanjet 4070 Photosmart scanner. I have the driver for Windows 10 but to use the scanner and to do the scan of the old photo I need a program HP Navigator. I was trying to download this program but I couldn't find them. Please help me with that.

Hi,

The Scanjet 4070 is incompatible with Window 10, no drivers offered as listed below:

You may try the 3rd party VueScan application which seems to support your scanner:
