Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Please help, i recently bougtht an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 after my old printer bit the dust on me and im having some border issues. I print gift certificates and business cards using print shop mainly on it and all the clipart and picutres have this thin black border on it. My son spent several hours looking things up and came dont to this, these settings are locked in the printer prefrences and we cant change them every time we try it gives is a selections conflict warning trying to change it.

Please save the image and use HP Photo Creations to print, the software uses more options and you can set borders or not

Thor, HP Photo Creations has a number of business card templates sized to fit Avery paper. You can find them in the Business menu. There are some award templates in the Gifts & More menu that could work for certificates. I typically make certificates using a Design-Your-Own collage print project.
