Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
I have an HP Officejet 100 Mobile printer that was purchased last December from Amazon, brand new. The cartridges will not move - I've tried the troubleshooting document, no luck.
I go to contact HP support, and I am told via the webform that they are no longer supporting this product, even though it was purchased only 9 months ago? What gives?
What is the exact product number of your printer? what country you're from?
I can only see model CN551A on Amazon, not model CQ774A which is available in the USA (assuming...)
