HP Officejet 100 Mobile

The 1/8th" black belt that moves the cartridge carriage broke on my HP Officejet 100 printer. Can this be fixed? Can I do it myself or do I need to bring it to a tech?

Greetings @VT_Graphics,

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that the carriage on your printer broke and you are looking to get it fixed, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Do you mean to say that the belt is not moving or is it physically broken?

If the belt is physically broken, recommend you contact our phone support to check on the service options available for your printer.

If you are facing any carriage issue, please try the steps suggested in this HP article

Let me know if this helped.
