I have a problem with my HP solution centre giving info that disagrees with the printer display info,
the solution centre status shows that the carriage is stuck when it is not,(I have carried out all the guided instructions, printer off check for paper e.t.c.. yet the printer display is showing intermittent messages of Tricolour cartridge problem despit a genuine cartridge being installed. one minute it shows inks all at full level in solutions and then goes all haywire, Please anyone got any ideas. Or is it NEW printer time.???
