HP Officejet 6310 paper jam

I keep getting a paper jam error message.  There is no paper jam.  The paper goes in 2/3 of the way and stops.  Any suggestions.  We unplugged, clean it and still have the problem.

I tried the steps for an HP 6310 and it still gives the error of a paper jam. Took it apart and looked everywhere there is no sign of any paper
