Hi @SKTang,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP OfficeJet 7110 Wide Format ePrinter wherein the Alert light and the Ink Cartridge lights are blinking.

This issue could occur if the printhead is faulty or the cartridge access door may not be closed properly.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you listed below:

1. Make sure that the cartridge access door is closed securely.

2. Make sure that the rear access door is closed securely.

3. Press the Power button to turn off the printer.

4. Wait 60 seconds.

5. Press the Power button to turn on the printer.

NOTE: The printer might go through a warm-up period, which might last several minutes. Wait until the warm-up period completes before you continue.

Let me know how this works.

@SKTang,

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that the issue has not resolved after following the steps mentioned in the previous interaction.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit.
